newsintel.org is owned and operated by Highly Performant Limited, a limited liability company in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (license MC 13910). Address: Smart Station, First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Contact: hello@newsintel.org.

These terms are between you and Highly Performant Limited. They cover newsintel.org, your account and paid plans. By using the site you accept them.

NewsIntel shows facts taken from public records, with a link to each record and a short summary in our own words. You can read the public pages without an account.

An account needs only an email address. A sign-in link goes to it, so keep access to it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed month to month, with no annual commitment. Prices are on the pricing page.

Dodo Payments sells paid plans to you as the merchant of record: it takes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT.

You can cancel at any time. The plan then does not renew, and stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

NewsIntel is information only. It is not legal, financial, investment or employment advice. Check the source record before you act on a fact.

Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a match between a record and a company can be wrong. We correct errors when we find them or are told about them (see Corrections), but we do not promise that every fact is complete or current.

Please do not:

• scrape the site in bulk beyond normal search engine crawling;
• copy, resell or republish the dataset, or a large part of it, beyond what your plan allows;
• share your account, or work around the limits of your plan;
• try to break or overload the site.

CSV exports, alerts and webhooks are for your own work, or your team's, within the limits of your plan.

The NewsIntel name, logo and site content, including our summaries, belong to Highly Performant Limited. Facts from public records are not ours.

Company names are trademarks of their owners. A company shown on NewsIntel is not affiliated with us and has not endorsed us.

Each fact links to its public source, and other links are there for convenience. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.

We do our best to keep NewsIntel accurate and available, but it is provided as is and we do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or business, from using the site or relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence, or removes your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country or state and may bring claims in your local courts.
